SSS UK LTD 24 Hour Helpdesk receives an email or call for security requirements by our Prestigious Clients. The Contracts Manager deal with email and give prompt response to the clients email and pass on the request to the Two Helpdesk Operatives, who deals with certain areas and they will have managers in their respective areas. Help Desk Operatives are responsible for their Chase ups, Book on With Security control and give prompt response to client requirements. Local Managers visits sites, Recruit local personnel and ensures quality. Local Mangers are also responsible for their Health and Safety. On Behalf of our prestigious clients, Our Local Mangers visits sites and maintain standard of Uniform, SIA Badge and Safety requirements. Local Managers directly report to the contracts manager on daily basis. Actions are taken strictly, where we are lacking.
SSS UK LTD is base in London. We have 24 hours control room, where you will get practical support from real people, not an answering machine – our 24-hour Help Centre will provide the answers. Help Desk Operatives always there to support SSS UK LTD Clients and staff. We look after the interests of all our staff and clients. Out of hours, they also have the support of our Security Control Room. Able to remotely monitor staff clocking on and off duty, they make supervisory check calls at regular intervals, log incidents, offer advice and deal with emergency situations. If an Officer does not respond to a check call from our Control Room, we take the necessary action, sending in backup to determine why and to ensure your property remains safe and secure. Securely locked away in our Control Room, your keys and alarm codes will be in safe hands. For swift access, with insider knowledge of your premises, we will log all keys in and out, advising the appropriate personnel at all times. All of which means you can get your doors opened when you want to and keep them closed when you need to.
