SSS UK LTD gives great importance to training and development of employees. For training and development we have initiated different programmes to make sure that we meet with expectation of our clients through high standard of services. As part of an overall professional development program we try involve every single stakeholder who is involved in the process of delivery of our services.
All officers receive management visits each month, this to monitor the site, assess any further training requirements, should any further training or specialised site training be required it would be brought to the attention of the training manager who would then implement training. All employees receive a 6 month appraisal to assess their development and skill base and to indentify where improvements could be made.

We also recognize the importance of personal training and development to improve the skills and competence of our workforce in order to provide the best services to meet our client’s expectations.

- Our staff are made aware of hazards and trained in hazard control, such as use and maintenance of PPE equipment’s.
